Robyn gives us an honest look into mental health, and how her own life experience of recovery inspired her to be a role model to others who need the same support. Her decision to help others led to Alberta Health Services where she is doing her part to break the stigma of mental health and assure those who are afflicted that seeking help is OK.

Robyn’s sincerity for others will give you a different perspective on mental health and inspire you to be more compassionate and understanding of others. Because when life throws obstacles our way…
