E41 - Will Trow, Owner and Partner of Bar Von Der Fels

Will’s career began in health and fitness and led him to a world of tasty goodness that is Bar Von Der Fels, a wine bar and restaurant here in Calgary. 

It all started when Will was running a smoothie bar and found an interest in wine. But once that interest turned into his passion, everything changed. He sold the smoothie bar, moved to Calgary, and opened Bar Von Der Fels. Still going strong since 2016, Will and the Bar Von Der Fels team offer up locally sourced food and a wine experience that replaces intimidation with education.

When you hear Will talk about how he saw an opportunity to share his passion with others and acted on it, you’ll feel inspired to do the same. After all, you never know…
